Magphos
A liquid fertiliser containing the essential nutrients phosphorus and magnesium for foliar application on all types of horticultural crops.
Advantages:
Campbells MagPhos is a liquid product that is ideal for improving the phosphorus and magnesium levels in plants.
MagPhos can also be used to prevent or correct deficiencies of magnesium and phosphorus in many horticultural crops.
The magnesium in MagPhos aids the absorption of phosphorus and increases photosynthesis and starch production.
Phosphorus and Magnesium are essential plant nutrients for horticultural crops.
Only a small portion of the total soil phosphorus is ever available for plant uptake and supply of additional phosphorus through foliar applications can be beneficial.
The magnesium in the fertiliser assists with phosphorus utilisation, but also helps to maintain plant colour and adequate magnesium levels.
Application:
Campbells MagPhos is recommended for foliar application. Recommended rates of application vary between 4-10 L/ha – specific rates will depend on the crop, stage of crop development and the phosphorus and magnesium requirements.
